Founded by Shelley Beeston (of Baby Jane) and Sharon Tomczyk (of Counting Time) The Soundgarden opened Feb 2012. Originally a church annex building, The Soundgarden and was completely renovated to provide musicians 'a place to play'. It is centrally located on the Coombs Fairground property in Coombs B.C. (Vancouver Island)
The idea for The Soundgarden was inspired by conversations with numerous local musicians who expressed a need for a common place to learn about, listen to, or share their music - and a place to hang-out and connect with other music lovers. So here it is. The Soundgarden.
